Eva Kebadile is an accomplished program developer at SOS Children’s Villages Botswana, with at least 9 years in the NGO sector where she consistently designed context specific and sustainable programs with communities. She considers herself a “program developer” who strives in challenging portfolios.
As such she is now working as National Programs Director where she continues to lead the dynamic and growing portfolio of programs at SOS CV. Ms. Kebadile ensures the implementation of the SOS Children’s Village Programme Policy and steers the implementation of quality child development programmes (work with families of origin, SOS Families, other forms of alternative family-based care options and various programme interventions like direct essential services and capacity building in the field of care, education, and health), leads the quality assurance system within SOS CV including monitoring and evaluation.
