SOS Children’s Villages Botswana is committed to ensuring that children receive quality care and that all the standards and policies are adhered to. This is done by regular trainings for staff members and the beneficiaries. On of the many trainings that strengthen quality child care Child is Safeguarding workshop in which all staff members are trained on procedures to handle and report possible cases of malpractice. One of the youth focussed trainings was an entrepreneurial workshop held in partnership with Local Enterprise Authority (LEA), where a total of 120 youths acquired various Skills.
